- Check out the MHealthy Winter Market located at NCRC, Building 18, Ground Floor. This is a multi-vendor market with locally-made, locally-produced foods and products. The market typically has: fresh produce, farm products, sweet treats, made-from-scratch pastas and spreads, hand-crafted goods and gifts, and more. November 19 and December 3, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Event sponsored by MHealthy, Mental Health Counseling & Consultation Services, and the Nature Rx Project Team: “A Breath of Fresh Air” Guided Nature Experience. Learn mindfulness techniques and find nearby spots with Nature Rx in the Michigan App. Sign up to join! Tuesday, November 19 at 1 p.m. Meet at NCRC Building 18 (after the MHealthy Winter Market). - Positive Connections is a new and fun way to practice five easy strategies that can energize your relationships and even boost your sense of well-being. All it takes is making the intentional effort to create moments of connection. Get started on the MHealthy Portal now through December 1.
- Vaccination clinics are still going on through December 4– you can find more information here on the drop-in Covid-19 and Influenza Vaccination Clinic Schedule (Level 1 Password required).

Check out these opportunities to focus on your well-being this month:
- Look here for the drop-in Covid-19 and Influenza Vaccination Clinic Schedule (Level 1 Password required); clinics are available now through December 4.
- If you registered for Active U Autumn, don’t forget to continue logging your activity minutes! Now through November 10.
- If you are looking for extra support for your mental and emotional well-being, take a look at the new presentations and support groups offered by the Faculty and Staff Counseling and Consultation Office (FASSCO). You can use this form to sign up for presentations and groups.
- MHealthy partners with Argus Farm Stop to offer a weekly produce box subscription with fresh fruits and veggies from local farmers. There are pick-up locations on and near the Ann Arbor campus.

- September is recognized as Hunger Action Month, a time when individuals and organizations come together to fight hunger and food insecurity. MHealthy has partnered with the Maize and Blue Cupboard to encourage faculty and staff to raise their awareness, learn how they can help, and find resources if they need support. Learn more.
